The evidentiary portion of the incorporation trial has now concluded, and we’re very pleased with how the proceedings went. Our team was able to present all of the key points from our case, and the evidence came in very well.
We sincerely thank Judge Jessica Palmer-Denig for her professionalism and attentiveness throughout the trial, as well as all residents who attended, testified, or submitted comments. Your engagement made a real difference.

🗓️ What Happens Next
• Public Comment Period: Residents may submit written comments to the judge until Friday, October 24. Details on how to do so are posted on our website.
• Legal Briefs: Each side will now submit written summaries of their case. All materials are due to the judge by December 8.
• Decision Expected: Hopefully in February 2026. The judge is aware of our project timeline, so we expect a ruling in time to award the wastewater project this spring.
